What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from SIJONA, the delivery time might be a bit different from what you’re used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to keep our prices as competitive as possible.
The average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at support@sijona-sydney.com. We’ll investigate and let you know what’s happening with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service via support@sijona-sydney.com. Please include:
