Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Please note that return shipping from your home to our store is at your own expense. This typically costs around €7.25 per package, but please check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
